Grundmuster: kraus rechts (alle M re str)

Wendemaschen: Nach dem Wenden den Faden vor die Arbeit bringen, in die erste M wie zum Rechts-Verschränkt-Stricken einstechen und die M samt dem Faden auf die rechte Nadel heben. Den Faden nun über die Nadel nach hinten legen – die Masche besteht nun aus zwei Schenkeln, die später gemeinsam abgestrickt (rechts zusammengestrickt) werden. Die Wendemaschen werden nicht extra gezählt. Am Außenrand werden die M nicht als Wendemasche gearbeitet.

WICHTIG: Den Faden, der gerade nicht in Arbeit ist, immer am rechten Rand einweben.

Die 1. bis 92. R stets wiederholen, dabei wechseln sich die Farben an den Farbwechseln bei dieser Maschenzahl immer ab, so dass sich ein Farbrapport von 184 R ergibt.

Nach ausreichender Länge für ein Cowl nach einer 183. R enden und mit der zweiten Farbe im Maschenstich den Schal zur Runde nähen.

Materials
about 50 g each of lace weight to fingering yarn.
Knitting needles 3 mm.
Small amount of sock yarn for a provisional cast on.

Garter stitch: k all stitches

Turn stitch: After turning bring yarn to front, insert right needle into back loop of stitch just worked, slip stitch with yarn in front to right needle, Bring yarn to back over needle (there are now two strands of yarn that form the turn stitch) and continue. The two strands are counted as one stitch and are going to be knit together next time you pass by. These stitches are not worked at the edges and are not mentioned in the pattern. So each time you turn work in the middle of the row, work the first stitch of the next row as a turn stitch.

NOTE: Weave in colours not in use at right edge every alt row.

Using a provisional cast on method cast on 50 stitches.

Repeat rows 1 to 92. 184 rows are one colour repeat. Work as many repeats until there are enough rows for your cowl, ending with a row 183. Using second colour graft ends to close the circle. Weave in ends.

Ich habe noch 4 R kraus rechts angestrickt, ist aber nicht nötig, wenn man die Fäden immer einwebt.
